Licensed Work for Every Part of the Industry

The same licensor may need walkaround characters for a park, plush for a licensee and an inflatable for a film launch. We start from what each buyer needs.

Our main focus

Location Based Entertainment

Theme parks, attractions, family entertainment centres and live shows

  • Walkaround characters built for many activations, with replaceable parts, washable linings and repair friendly construction.
  • Designed around the performer, with cooling part of the standard package.
  • Character suit overlays: themed outfits worn over the base suit, so one character can carry seasonal programmes through the year.
  • Cleaning, repair and refurbishment for characters that appear in front of guests every day.

Our licensed work includes characters for Merlin Entertainments and USS.

For licensees

Consumer Products

Official licensees and retail brands

  • Plush and merchandise of the character, made in the grade the product range needs.
  • Statues in fibreglass (FRP), resin or foam, for indoor and outdoor display.
  • Giant inflatables and walkaround characters for mall activations and product launches.

Our licensed work includes Transformers and My Little Pony for Hasbro.

For studios and agencies

Movie and Promotion

Film studios, distributors and their agencies

  • Giant inflatables of film characters for launches and parades.
  • Walkaround characters for mall appearances and promotional events.
  • Characters activated for filming, with launch videos and ad shoots produced in house.
  • Event deployment coordination, including character parades.

Our work includes Elio, from the Pixar film, and a Grogu parade inflatable for Disney Indonesia, and BoBoiBoy and Mechamato appearances for Monsta.

Why Licensors Trust Us

Colour Consistency

Fabric is selected against Pantone charts and checked against the licensor's style guide during production, while there is still time to correct it.

Made Only in Our Own Facility

Licensed mascots and characters are never sent to partner factories, and every NDA is treated with the utmost respect and professionalism.

How a Licensed Project Runs

  1. 01We follow each licensor's own protocol, including style guide checks and sign-off stages to that organisation's standards.
  2. 02Technical drawings are signed off before production starts.
  3. 03Photos and videos go to you during production, for your own and the licensor's inspection.
  4. 04Fitting tests check vision, mobility, comfort and design accuracy before the character ships.
  5. 05Licensors need slightly more approval rounds than a standard mascot, so plan for a longer lead time.

Common Questions

Can you produce officially licensed character costumes?

Yes, only with the rights holder's approval. Licensors we have produced for include Hasbro, Peanuts, Warner Bros, Sony Pictures, Moonbug Entertainment and Monsta.

How long does a licensed character costume take?

Usually 10 to 14 weeks from start to delivery. Overseas orders need freight time on top, from one to eight weeks depending on whether it travels by air or by sea.

Are your walkaround characters comfortable in hot climates?

A performance bodysuit and internal fans come with our standard package. Characters built for tropical regions often add mesh panels for extra airflow.

Can you refurbish a licensed character another company made?

Yes. We clean, repair and refurbish characters whoever built them. Nearly every part can be repaired or replaced; the one exception is a damaged outer fabric layer, which calls for a full reskin.

How much does a licensed character costume cost?

Every mascot is quoted against your brief rather than from a price list. Size, complexity, materials and quantity all affect the figure, and producing several at once lowers the per-unit price. Book a virtual consultation with our Mascot Character Consultants, who will review your character, quantity and timeline and prepare an accurate quote for your project.

Do you ship licensed work outside Asia?

Yes. We ship anywhere in the world, and our clients include attractions and malls in the United States and the Middle East.
