Giant Inflatables
Giant Inflatable Manufacturing
Character replicas and interactive props up to 4.5m tall, helium or sealed, built for festivals, parades and installations indoors or out.
What you need to know first
Maximum height
Up to 4.5m
Tall enough to anchor a mall atrium or read from the far side of a parade route. Height drives the construction, so tell us where the piece will stand and we spec it for that.
Type
Helium or sealed
Helium pieces float and travel on tethers, which is what a parade needs. Sealed pieces hold their shape on the ground and stay where you put them. Whether the piece has to move decides which you want.
Lead time
8 to 12 weeks
Eight to twelve weeks depending on the size and complexity of the piece. You get a dated schedule with your quote rather than the range.
How we build them
The type follows what the piece has to do on the day.
Helium inflatables
Filled with helium so the piece floats and travels on tethers, walked along a route by a handling team. This is what a parade needs.
Sealed inflatables
Inflated and sealed so the piece holds its shape without a constant air supply. Suited to installations that stay in one place for the run of an event.
Character replicas
An existing character reproduced at scale. Where the character is licensed we work to the rights holder style guide, as we did for Disney Indonesia.
Interactive props
Pieces built to be walked up to, photographed and played around rather than only looked at from a distance.
Indoor installations
Mall atriums, lobbies and concourses, where the piece has to work within a fixed footprint and whatever rigging the venue already has.
Outdoor and parade
Built for open air and movement, where wind and a moving crowd are part of the brief rather than an afterthought.
Inflatables we have built
A film studio, a national parade and a shopping mall - three very different jobs in scale, setting and how long the piece has to stand.

Disney Indonesia
Elio, from the Pixar film

Disney Indonesia
Grogu, parade inflatable

National Day Parade
SG59 sphere, Singapore

Pakuwon City Mall
Stitch, Indonesia
Why brands come to us
We already build the character in three dimensions
Every mascot we make starts as precise technical drawings of a character in the round. An inflatable is the same character at a different scale in a different material, which is why brands that already have a character come to us.
Licensed character work
We have built inflatables for Disney Indonesia, and produced officially licensed work for Hasbro, Peanuts, Warner Bros, Sony Pictures, Nickelodeon, Moonbug, Mattel and tokidoki - so rights holder approval rounds and style guides are familiar ground.
Helium or sealed, specced to the event
A parade piece and a mall installation are different problems. We recommend the type against what the piece actually has to do rather than building one way and hoping it fits.
Indoor and outdoor
A sealed piece under a mall roof and a helium piece down a public parade route make very different demands. We have delivered both.
Common Questions
How large can you build a giant inflatable?
Up to 4.5m tall. Height drives the construction and the handling, so tell us where the piece will stand and how it will be moved, and we spec it for that from the start.
What is the difference between helium and sealed inflatables?
Helium pieces float and travel on tethers, which is what a parade needs. Sealed pieces are inflated and closed, holding their shape on the ground without a constant air supply. Whether the piece has to move decides which one you want.
Can giant inflatables be used outdoors?
Yes. We have built for both indoor and outdoor use. A mall atrium and an open parade route are different briefs, and we spec the piece for where it will actually be rather than adapting it afterwards.
How long does a custom inflatable take to make?
Eight to twelve weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the piece. Your quote includes a dated schedule rather than the range.
Can you produce licensed characters as inflatables?
Yes, with the rights holder permission. We have built Elio and Grogu for Disney Indonesia, and Stitch for Pakuwon City Mall.
Which inflatable projects have you delivered?
Elio and Grogu for Disney Indonesia; the SG59 sphere for the Singapore National Day Parade; and Stitch at Pakuwon City Mall in Indonesia.
