Look After It and It Lasts
Every mascot we make comes with a one-year warranty, and a working life of three to five years depending on how often the mascot is used. Each one is delivered with a Mascot Manual covering cleaning and storage for its fabrics and materials.
Some of our mascots are still performing after more than ten years. Regular care is what gets a mascot through its full working life:
- For the longest life, clients have their mascot deep washed after every appearance.
- For heavy use (three or more appearances a week), a deep clean every two to three weeks.
