Minimum order
None
No MOQ. Many plush factories ask for hundreds of units before they will start. We produce the quantity you actually need, whether that is a short run for a launch or a single giant display piece.
Lead time
About 8 weeks
Roughly eight weeks from approval of the physical sample to delivery. Design and sampling happen before that, and complex builds vary. We give you a dated schedule with your quote.
Production
Graded to budget
Plushies are made in grades to suit different budgets. The grade decides whether production runs in our own factory or with a partner factory, and we recommend one against how the plushie will be used.

A giant plushie display of Senoko Energy's pineapple character, used in store to carry campaign messaging. We also built the walkabout mascot of the same character.

Is there a minimum order quantity for custom plush toys?
No. There is no minimum order quantity. We produce the number you need, from a short launch run to a single giant display piece.
How long does a custom plushie take to make?
About eight weeks from approval of the physical sample to delivery. Design and sampling come before that, and complex builds can take longer. Your quote comes with a dated schedule.
Can you turn our existing mascot into a plushie?
Yes. We build mascots ourselves, so we develop the plushie from your character design and keep it on model. For Senoko Energy we made both the BB Ong Lai walkabout mascot and a giant plushie of the same character.
Can you make giant plushies for displays?
Yes. Giant plushies work as store, lobby and booth displays. The BB Ong Lai display for Senoko Energy is used in store to carry campaign messaging.
Can a plushie also be functional?
Yes. Vitasoy's first plushies, Beanie, Almie and Oato, each convert into a reusable tote bag. Tell us how the plushie should be used and we will design it around that.
How much do custom plush toys cost?
Every plush project is quoted against your brief rather than from a price list. Size, grade, quantity and any functional features decide the cost. Send us the character, the quantity and roughly when you need it, and we will come back with a real number.
Do you ship plushies outside Singapore?
Yes. We are headquartered in Singapore, with offices in Malaysia, Indonesia and China, and we ship worldwide.
