Minimum order
None
No MOQ. Most blind box factories start at several hundred units, which shuts out brands wanting to test a concept or produce a small run for an event. We will produce the quantity you actually need.
Lead time
About 8 weeks
Roughly eight weeks from confirmation of the physical sample to delivery. Design and sampling happen before that, and complex builds vary - we give you a dated schedule with your quote.

Formats we produce
Each suits a different budget, run size and level of detail.
Vinyl figures
The standard for designer and art toys. Holds fine sculpted detail and takes crisp paint applications, which makes it the usual choice for collectible series.
PVC figurines
Harder-wearing and well suited to smaller pieces, keychains and figures that will be handled often rather than shelved.
Resin pieces
For heavier, premium display items and short runs where sculpt detail matters more than unit cost.
Plush
Soft collectibles in a range of grades. The grade decides whether production runs in our own factory or with a partner factory.
Blind box packaging
The box is part of the product. Custom printed packaging designed so the series reads as a set and the reveal feels deliberate.
Mascot conversions
An existing mascot or brand character turned into a collectible figure, working from the same technical drawings we build costumes from.

We already build the character in three dimensions
Every mascot we make starts as precise technical drawings of a character in the round. Turning that into a figurine is the same problem at a different scale, which is why brands with an existing mascot come to us for the collectible version.
No minimum order quantity
Test a concept with a short run, produce exactly what an event needs, or scale up later. You are not forced into a few thousand units to get started.
Our own factory, plus partners
Production runs in our own factory or with a partner factory depending on the grade you need. That means we can quote honestly across budgets instead of pushing every project into one process.

What is the minimum order quantity for a custom blind box?
There is no minimum. We produce the quantity you need, whether that is a small run to test a concept, a limited series for an event, or full retail production.
How long does custom blind box production take?

We are based in Singapore and operate our own factory alongside partner factories. Which one produces your order depends on the grade and format you need, and we tell you which before you commit.
